Payment Policy


All prices are in US dollars.
Payment is accepted through Paypal. If you pay by e-cheque through Paypal we will wait until the payment has cleared before shipping your order. Unless you have a prior arrangement with us, immediate payment is required. Please complete the checkout process right through to the final payment stage to make your purchase. If we don't receive immediate payment notification, we will cancel the transaction and re-list the items. Orders will be shipped once the payment has cleared.


Shipping Policy


Orders under $100 shipped with USPS first class mail flat rate of $3.99, custom orders over $100 shipped within the Continental United States qualify Free USPS first class mail shipping. If you require a specific delivery date, or faster shipping, please contact us before order.

All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. We usually ship orders within 3-5 days of receiving payment (in the case of paypal, once they have cleared), however the time it takes to dispatch your order depends on the product as some are made on demand. Please read individual product listings for specific information, or contact us with any inquiries. If you are concerned your order may not arrive in time for a special occasion, such as a holiday or birthday, please ask so we can let you know if it is possible or not. Although we can not guarantee delivery by a particular date, we will do our best!


International shipping


All international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail flat rate of $12. We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible though we will ship your order quickly, many packages may sit in customs in your country for a time before they are officially delivered to you. Please be aware that depending on your location, actual delivery to you overseas customers requires patience. (For some reason, Canada seems to take the longest for delivery, so be aware of that when ordering.)


Combined shipping


We are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. As it depends on the combination of items, it's not always possible for us to provide accurate quotes in our product listings. You can either contact us before making a purchase so we can set up a reserved listing for you with the correct combined shipping, or we can refund the difference after purchase if you over-pay.


Refund Policy


We are doing our best to provide all measurements, please note: stone shape, color, and size may vary due to natural gemstone variations. This is why we emphasize an awareness of sizing and condition prior to purchasing, if unsure please do not buy. Don't expect to return something just because you do not like it. Be respectful and considerate of the Seller's time.



Our items are subject to minor discrepancies in color, registration and consistency. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that our products are as well conceived as possible, the nature of the handmade process means that minor defects are normal and to be expected. These are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. We will not accept returns of any of these goods on the basis that they are defective or do not exactly match the image on the website.


Personalized and Custom Items policy: If your item contains an error made by us, you will receive a corrected duplicate item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our personalized or custom ordered items.


Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have any concerns regarding an order being lost or damaged in transit, please contact us.


In the event of damaged goods, please contact us with any concerns. We take pride in the quality of our products and doing our best to ensure all images and information in our product listings are clear, accurate and detailed.

Most of the products we sell are collectible/limited edition items or custom handmade.
We make sure that all orders are packaged well so they will arrive in perfect condition, but in the event of goods being damaged in transit, please contact us with photos of the damaged item/s and packaging.

We will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 3 days after you have received your order. Items must be returned within 5 days. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs (damaged in transit then it's your responsibility). For return/refund request, $6 administrative fee will be deducted from the purchased price. Please note that postage charges will be applied for any exchanges, these will be charged at the standard rate.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for missing packages or damaged items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, We will be issuing you a refund as soon as we have completed the necessary paperwork for your account. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We are committed to providing the best services and approach our customer with care. Please don't return a damaged/used item. We don't want to go through this kind of trouble with our customers. The money doesn't worth that much to us to
waste both our time dealing with madness. Threatening a negative review doesn't change the fact. If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. We have always been extremely fair and always try to work with our reasonable customers. Thank you!

If you email us please allow us 24 hours to get back to you. We will usually be able to respond much quicker but it is extremely busy and sometimes it may take us that long so please bear with us. Rest assured we are not ignoring you.
